House Decorum

The property is primarily meant for a family of 6-8 members which ensures a peaceful, secluded and enjoyable vacation. Therefore, preference would be given to such guests.
Stay facilities are not provided to unregistered ,walk-in guests and unmarried couples.
Stag parties are not allowed in the premises.
The property will not host any parties or events in the premises.
Check-in time: 12:00hrs to 13:00hrs.
Check-out time: 11:00hrs to 12:00hrs.
The property does not have a swimming pool. This is so because, we need to conserve water.
The bungalow is situated in an eco-sensitive zone. Therefore, guests are expected to refrain from creating noise pollution.
Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. However, guests can smoke in the designated smoking zone. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the property as it may cause an accidental fire.
We expect our guests to abstain from carrying, consuming and/or using intoxicants and such similar substances banned under law during their stay with us.
Alcoholic beverages are not served by the Host. Guests can purchase alcoholic beverages from the local outlets and enjoy the same.
However, guests have to ensure that they do not get intoxicated, misbehave with fellow guests/staff/host, cause nuisance and/or disturb the tranquil atmosphere of the property. In such an event, the Host will be constrained to check-out the guests immediately.
The guests will also have to ensure that they assemble for dinner at the specified time.
